Spas on the cutting edge of beauty are using natural ingredients more & more. You don’t have to spend last week’s paycheck to look like you got a few extra hours of beauty sleep, though. Try these DIY remedies for tired eyes & dry lips instead.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 tsp jojoba oil
- 1 1/2 tsp pure shea butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 2 green tea bags
What You Do:
- Mix the jojoba oil and the shea butter in a bowl and put it to the side.
- Microwave the water for 1 minute, steep the tea bags for just a few seconds & then squeeze them out.
- Put a chamomile tea bag on each of your upper eyelids & a green tea bag under each eye. Then stay very still.
- After 10 minutes, toss the bags.
- Dab a bit of jojoba balm around each eye.
Tip: When you dab any type of cream or balm around your eyes, use your ring finger - it’s more gentle than your middle or pointer fingers.
